Last night we went to the yearly church get-together called Mulligan Stew. Jared's mom (Alice Ann) has a couple of cast iron pots that they set up on bricks over fire. In one they cook Alice Ann's chili and in the other the church people bring there own veggies to throw in the pot. It always turns out good.
Lyla is all bundled up enjoying the cool weather.
Tess showed up and they had fun together as always. Tess is 8mos today (
Monday)! While at the store
Lyla saw that fishy that is in the picture with them. She just loved all his colors, big lips, big eyes, and shiny fins. So of course I had to get it. =)
Jared had brought one of his tractors and hay waggons over to give hay rides. Both the girls just loved their first hay ride!
