Yup, you could save lots of money, ha ha! We had a friend that had a baby just a couple months older than Kim. Every day the dad would bring home a toy from Toys R Us on his way home from work. I never saw so many toys. We were way more selective and let Kim play with just household stuff and she loved it. Roger made her a playhouse once out of a cardboard box from his work and that was a cheap fun toy. So don't think you have to buy everything everyone has for their kids, it really isn't necessary. I know I got a pretty smart kid without all that other stuff.
